The order-to-dispatch period starts after we receive the confirmed purchase order, advance payment and approved drawings or specifications. Transport time is additional. Installation depends on site readiness, including the foundation, electrical supply, compressed air and lifting arrangements. The final schedule is stated in the quotation.
Warranty scope and exclusions
Our standard warranty is 12 months from installation and commissioning, or 15 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier. It covers manufacturing defects in eligible mechanical and electrical assemblies for portable CNC cutting machines, gantry CNC plasma, CNC flame, positioners, rotators, manipulators, automatic beam welding lines and custom SPMs. Plasma power sources and other third-party equipment carry the applicable OEM warranty.
Consumables, including electrodes, nozzles, torch tips and contact tips, are excluded. Other exclusions are normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, electrical surges, improper earthing, overloading, unauthorised modifications, improper maintenance and unsuitable operating conditions. Out-of-warranty parts, consumables and routine maintenance are chargeable.
Commercial terms and training
Our standard payment terms are 50% advance with the confirmed purchase order, 40% before dispatch after the agreed inspection or Factory Acceptance Test, and 10% after successful commissioning. For standard supply without commissioning, payment is 50% in advance and 50% before dispatch.
Our quotation is valid for 30 calendar days. Prices and delivery are subject to final technical approval, component availability, applicable taxes and the agreed commercial terms.
Installation and commissioning are quoted separately for standard equipment and may be included in turnkey projects. Basic operator training covering operation, safety and routine maintenance may be included with on-site commissioning. Advanced programming and extra sessions are chargeable.
